EduGuj is an independent educational technology initiative conceptualized, built, and maintained by Enrovix AI.

Our primary mission is to empower Gujarat educators and students by making modern technology, artificial intelligence (AI) tools, standardized curriculum matrices, and structured pedagogical roadmaps easily accessible. We aim to keep educators at the forefront of digital learning and instructional clarity.

2. Absolute Disclaimer of Government & Board Affiliation

EduGuj is strictly an independent technological initiative. Unless explicitly stated in writing for a specific formal collaboration, EduGuj and Enrovix AI have NO official affiliation, authorization, endorsement, sponsorship, or certification from:

• The Government of Gujarat or Education Department
• Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB)
• Gujarat Council of Educational Research and Training (GCERT)
• Samagra Shiksha Gujarat or any district education offices

All trademarks, official logos, curriculum names, textbook references, and subject codes remain the exclusive intellectual property of their respective statutory bodies and copyright holders. Their inclusion on this Platform is strictly for non-commercial identification, educational alignment, and academic referencing under fair dealing principles.

3. "As-Is" and "As-Available" Academic Disclaimer

All learning outcomes, monthly syllabus distributions, chapter competencies, pedagogical roadmaps, and question blueprint formats published on the Platform are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

While volunteer educators and Enrovix AI strive to maintain high academic accuracy, educational standards, board notifications, and curriculum guidelines are subject to periodic changes by statutory authorities.

Crucial Notice for Educators, Schools & Students: This Platform is an auxiliary learning aid. It does NOT replace official school instruction, board circulars, official textbook editions, or formal examination guidelines. You are solely responsible for verifying all syllabus breakdowns, examination dates, marking schemes, and regulatory requirements with the latest official publications from the GSEB and Education Department.

4. Free Public Access & Right to Future Monetization

EduGuj provides essential public tools and curriculum references free of cost to support teachers, students, and schools across Gujarat.

Future Monetization & Premium Features: To ensure long-term platform sustainability, cover server hosting and cloud infrastructure costs, and fund continuous research and development, Enrovix AI reserves the explicit right to introduce optional premium features, specialized AI-powered educational modules, institution-level analytics, custom school integrations, or monetized add-on services in the future.

Any future paid tiers or monetized features will be clearly demarcated with transparent terms, and no user will ever be billed without their prior, explicit consent. The availability of future paid features does not affect the disclaimer of liability for free public resources.

5. Complete Limitation of Liability (Zero Liability Policy)

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law (including the Information Technology Act, 2000):

• Enrovix AI, its developers, directors, employees, affiliates, and volunteer teacher contributors (including Shri Girirajsinh Vansadia, Smt. Janakbala Parmar, and other academic collaborators) shall NOT be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages whatsoever.
• This includes, without limitation, any academic discrepancies, student examination marks, syllabus omissions, instructional errors, loss of instructional time, service interruptions, server downtime, technical bugs, or reliance placed on any content or tools available through the Platform.

6. Indemnification & Hold Harmless

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Enrovix AI, its creators, operators, and volunteer educational contributors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or legal expenses arising out of or in connection with:

• Your access to or use of the Platform;
• Your reliance on any curriculum roadmap, blueprint, or learning outcome;
• Any violation of these Terms of Use or applicable law by you.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use EduGuj solely for lawful educational and classroom purposes. You strictly agree NOT to:

• Attempt to disrupt, compromise, or overload the Platform's server infrastructure or network security;
• Deploy automated scrapers, data-mining bots, or unauthorized harvesting software;
• Misrepresent the Platform as an official government portal or charging third parties for access to free EduGuj tools;
• Introduce malware, viruses, or any malicious digital scripts.

8. Intellectual Property & Dashflow Engine

The underlying software code, web architecture, Dashflow dashboard engine, user interface designs, and branding of EduGuj are the proprietary assets of Enrovix AI. You may freely use the tools for classroom teaching and personal study, but you may not rebrand, resell, or distribute the platform's proprietary codebase without prior written consent from Enrovix AI.

9. External Links & Third-Party Resources

The Platform may contain links to external websites (such as official GSEB portals, WhatsApp communication, or Enrovix AI resources). Enrovix AI does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, security, or practices of any third-party websites.

10. Modifications & Termination of Services

As an evolving initiative, Enrovix AI reserves the right to modify, update, reorganize, temporarily suspend, or permanently discontinue any feature, subject matrix, or portal at any time without prior notice and without incurring any liability.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Gujarat, India.
